So he VOLUNTARILY took a DNA cheek-swipe in full-on “come at me, bro” mode. Mariah is all “um what the who now?” Then said [her lawyers] “Oh wait but you didn’t take the test where I approved of.” There is more but I’m too tipsy to proffer it.
The scamer’s lawyer’s argument that the test is invalid because no one from her camp was present at the time of the sampling does not hold up. Paternity DNA testing lab sampling is set up to preserve the chain of evidence. Either this lawyer a nutter or he is clueless about paternity testing.
Was looking on TMZ.com for something else and stumbled on the article I was talking about. My memory was a little faulty: it was a text.
Too bad it seems like this is dying a quiet death. I wanted to see her get hit hard with a slander/libel/defamation of character suit.
