We’re talking about three years difference in age. A lot of high school juniors & seniors date 18 and 19 year olds. That was certainly the case in my high school. That’s why nearly every state has some kind of three year difference in age rule. Most states say it’s not rape if the ages are that close. Calif is weird and makes it a misdemeanor. Which is still a minor offense.
A 38 year old cougar and a sixteen year old boy is something totally different. That’s not the case here with Bieber and this girl that’s accusing him.
This website claims that Bieber raped the girl, and that her cries of rape were ignored, and that she was left to sit for hours while waiting to speak to security afterwards, and so she gave up and left. It also says that a photographer was paid $200,000 for photos of Bieber after this particular concert, for mysterious reasons. Also, rumor is that Selena Gomez has broken up with Bieber, because the things that Yeater claims he said to her were the same things that he’s said to Selena.
My first thought was that this was a mentally unstable young lady and that this would be unfounded soon and go away. Now it seems maybe it’s a bit more complicated than that. Fortunately, there’s DNA to settle it eventually.
Here’s why I don’t buy into claims like this. The Bieber is said to have multiple handlers around him at all times. Likely for this very reason. The kid has attracted some seriously unstable fans and the fact that it’s taken this long for someone to shout “Justin Bieber is my baby’s daddy!” is a miracle.
Yes, but also you do hear about managers or other handlers hand-picking fans out of the crowd to personally meet with stars, and by personally meet with I do mean go into a room alone and fuck. You do hear of that.

I have no problem believing girls are being cherry picked from the audience for him to have sex with, but I don’t buy that someone screaming “RAPE” in an arena swarming with people would be ignored by EVERYONE.
