A couple of months back I won an auction for a cell phone battery on Ebay from a company called Cellular Wonders (http://www.cellularwonders.com). To make a long story short, they sent me something other than what was described. I won’t go into huge detail, but I sent it back as I was told I could do to exchange for the right size, and then was told that was the only size they had, and that I was the bad guy in the deal. They told me I could pay return shipping and have it sent back, but never gave me any contact details and/or how much to send back, and they seem to be ignoring my repeated emails. I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB, but don’t have their address. Googling their name yields nothing, nor does their website. Can you find out an address by their URL? I am getting nowhere fast. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oops, hit reply too soon. Anyway, that information is what’s listed for their domain name. It may not be accurate.
Have you tried typing cellarwonders.com into a whois search?
May have some info?
Thanks for the info. I will get down to business to see what, if anything, I can do about this messed-up situation.
(sigh)
That will teach me to go get coffee inbetween posting!
Daizy, I tried the whois search, but kept coming up with a domain registration company out of Austrailia, and nothing about the NJ contact. I threw away the packaging long ago, but remembered the Edgewater NJ return address once I saw it.

Also run a Google search on his name and you find what appears to be additional numbers and addresses tied to the URL. He also appears to be a 1993 graduate of Tenafly High School.
Bekrut beat me to it.
From the link I provided earier, all you’d need to do is type in cellularwonders.com and press search.
HUGE apologies… Berkut, not Bekrut.
Did you pay for it with a credit or debit card? If so, contact the card issuer and tell them you want to do a chargeback on the sale. They will charge the amount of sale to the seller, and deposit it in your account. They nearly always side with the buyer, just tell them the circumstances.
The purchase was charged to my Bank of America check card. I will have to check with them on the buyer protection.
