Once upon a time when SCTV was on the air, they got short of material and dubbed an episode of “The Cisco Kid.”
I think it only aired once, dangit.
And I remember it as being one of the funniest things I ever saw in my life.
Anyone else see it? Anyone know where it might be?

Are you saying they overdubbed a new soundtrack over some genuine old footage of the actual Cisco Kid TV series? With Duncan Renaldo and Leo Carillo?

The weirdest stuff is always real; reality trumps anything the most fiendish mind could dream up.
Well, I just spent about 15 minutes googling it and all I could find was a couple of links that say it’s no longer available. The episode was NOT included with the SCTV box sets because they never got permission to use the Cisco Kid stuff before they made the show.
Curses, foiled again!
