Atheists are just as delusional and belief driven as the religious; no one…no one…can possibly know the origin of the universe. No one…no one…can possibly know who or what if anything is behind the creation of the universe. The only belief system that adresses the realities of what we actually know is agnosticism.

To quote the American Atheist website, “Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods.”

Can you explain to me why you see a lack of belief in gods as being “as delusional and belief driven” as believing that God commanded Ezekiel to lie down on his left side for 390 days, then his right side for 40 days, during which time he could only eat bread he had baked over a fire of cow shit?

Get it through that thick fucking breeze block you call a head: You don’t have to KNOW that God doesn’t exist in order to be an atheist. You just have to find the arguments for His existence to be unpersuasive.
