Whatever you did to the adverts and such like for the last few months has been great, I’ve been able to treat the SDMB as just another website rather than making sure I KILL KILL KILL all browser windows every single time when going on to something else. However, whatever the problem was, has now come back. I can’t leave a SDMB window open without the risk of it causing browser slowdown and freezing. Of all the websites I visit only the SDMB causes this, I can’t point to an individual advert as a culprit so i don’t know exactly what is wrong, just that it only occurs with SDMB windows. This is Firefox and Chrome.
