Sorry about disappearing but that hangover was almost as bad as the lack of sleep catching up with me.
I’ve read back through the day and I believe the peeker/amrussell claim so I’m going to move past that. I’m not convinced by any of the cases so far and I’m going to stick with lynch the lurker at least for Day 1, unless a good case presents itself.
So far the people with the least number of post having to do with the game are Diggit, Kat, OAOW, Me, Peeker, Pleo, Shadow, and Zerial at between 0-1. I think that life does affect our ability to play the game, but as NAF showed us in C2 it can be faked. We have ~12 hrs left in the day so there should be a concerted effort to get a vote down. Both peeker, and diggit have been here to make a vote and have failed to do so. The rest of us haven’t had much to say. Amrussell has already started leaning on digit and I am inclined to follow her lead since she is confirmed in my mind and we can begin forming a block for town to vote as to eliminate scum influencing.

It’s hard for me to keep a secret! I got kicked out of the bar last time I was in my college hometown because I told the owner that I would love to have a discreet relationship with her, but that it would never work, because as soon as it happened, I would tell everybody.

As for me not posting my own thoughts, I figured it was pretty clear that I was opposed to massive role discussion as the first thing we talk about. And I certainly have been posting other thoughts.
If you believe ped, than the mason chain is exposed and won’t be useful in the end-game. IMO this is a setback that could have been avoided if ped had been a little more patient and not determined to find the other charter members.
NBC was the first to bring up the subject. Of the people discussing it ped seemed to be the only one running with it. The connection was of curiosity to me.

Interesting sequence of events, this. Having caught up, the byplay and claims are going to be interesting to say the least.
Nanook’s claim is odd to say the least–the only thing the color fits other than a Troll would be something like a Pit Dweller who’d cease to exist if he stopped generating controversy.
Boozy’s not as suspicious now as he was before to me, now that I know how little import his remark about Santo’s potential power had.
Not sure about NBC, although I’m the first person to caution people about honest slips/brainfarts leading to rapid lynchtrains–see also me, in the Marvel game.

I thought Amrussell made a VERY good point in the “don’t unvote with out a new vote”-post. Why would Hero go an unvote so soon after - without a new vote?
I know hero wasn’t the only one… but with the rest of my reasons I don’t mind placing my vote in Hero.
No I’m still a lurker I counted all of that as one post on my spreadsheet. If only I could have edited and avoided that mess. The only good thing is it at the bottom of a page and hopeful people won’t have to scroll by to too often.

The advantage of the masons is that they can confirm themselves and each other. I’m not sure why you keep saying there’s some “endgame advantage”. If anything, it’s a disadvantage to hold out the mason claim, because you need to have two masons alive (or, in this case, particular masons alive) in order to confirm the claim.

To clarify, the specific punishment is less important (to me, at least), than whether or not we find out the players alignment and/or powers upon their death.

It wasn’t clear to me. It seemed like you didn’t want us to talk about it at all, and at the time didn’t offer any alternative topic. If you had at least mentioned why you didn’t think discussing roles would benefit town, people could present counterarguments. Posting only questions seemed like something scum might do, because it didn’t leave you open to any criticism, and yet enabled you to make non-fluff posts.
That being said, I am not trying to minimize your participation. You’ve definitely made some good contributions. For example, I thought it was great that you questioned peekercpa’s level of participation. I realize that many players have certain styles, which should be taken into account. OTOH, it seems hypocritical to give peekercpa a free pass, but vote for DiggitCamara, when their level of participation has been somewhat similar thus far.
Also, your explanation about NBC makes sense. For now, I’ll leave my vote where it is, because I don’t have a better candidate.
