12 players were eliminated from the survivor league thanks to the Patriots loss and another six were booted for various other mis-picks. That makes a total of 18 of the 25 players taken out in one day (including yours truly).
I would guess that it isn’t normal to have 75%+ of a 25-man Survival league out within two weeks.
Stay tuned - whenever the survival league is complete (and it may happen next week, or in 8 weeks, who knows) we’ll reset and everyone will be alive again.
You’re not doing a good enough job. The only one I’m not next to last place in, I’m in last place. I obviously do not know the NFL this year. Time to switch to the quarter-flip method.
This season has become an exercise in humility for me. This week, I’m currently 4/14 in the confidence pick’em league. :eek:

After a few crazy weeks where I picked for crap, I got pretty nice scores in pick 'em. Shooting 12/14 so far against the spread.
Perfect on the first 11 games, missed the last 3 late games.

Surprised to see so many people pick Cleveland in the pick 'em leagues. I thought I was going to move up a bit on that one.
Aaron Rodgers moved up to $40.73 in salary cap, which I think has to be the highest price ever.
Any idea what he started at? P. Manning has gone from about $10 to about $20, so it looks like I’m gonna have to ride him through the bye.

Woops, sorry to miss this. Congratulations to Jules for winning the survival pool. That’s a pretty great run. In fact there are only 3000 perfect survivors left on yahoo, out of… at least hundreds of thousands. Not sure how many.
So anyway, since I didn’t notice someone had won, I didn’t reset it this week, so we’ll do it next week. Survival runs through the playoffs, so it’s worth running again for the final few weeks of the season and then the playoffs.

I meant to reset this Tuesday, but I forgot - but now the survival league is reset. Play through the rest of the year, and through the playoffs. Make your selection soon. Not sure if it needs to be in before the Thursday games or before Sunday.
