I’m so very sorry, Cindy.
I met your husband in LA, and he carted my friend and I around the city some. He was a very caring and wonderful man and I have always had warm memories of him.
I remember when he posted about his marriage, how much he loved you and how happy he was. I was so thrilled for him…no one deserved happiness more than he did. This is such a difficult time for you, but I hope that someday it will comfort you to know that you made him so complete and happily content in the years you were priviledged to be together. It may not help much now, probably nothing will. But someday I hope it will give you peace to know that he died knowing he was loved, knowing he had found his soul mate and had made a good life with you.
You will be in my prayers.

I hadn’t checked the boards for a few weeks and now I look and see this. Cindy, I’m so sorry I didn’t see this in time, I would have been privileged to be there. Are there going to be other services this week?
I remember meeting you guys gosh, what was it, over four years ago at Coffee Plantation, and he brought with this wonderful woman that he had just started dating, and you were such a brilliant, wonderful couple. I never knew you all very well, but I still can’t imagine him dying, just so…full of life and interesting information.
Let me know if there’s anything I can do, I’m up in your area pretty much every day.

I am so sorry. I never met either of you IRL, but I’ve read many threads you both participated in, and you both seemed like such wonderful people, and so happy to be with each other. May you find comfort and strength in this sad time. I’ll be praying for you.
