Blackeyes, Straightdopia is a splinter group of Dopers that formed their own little region at some point along the line. I know of no ideological or political difference between the two regions; speaking personally I joined the Sea of Cecil because it was bigger and seemed more active.
hey, Lightning, how could I not endorse one of the most memorable dopers ever to have graced the boards? Also, I agree with you about Straightdopia. Although, I was under the impression that Sea of Cecil is younger. I could easily be wrong, but I would still like to see the regions brought together as one at some point, preferably as Sea of Cecil, since it is bigger and for all I’ve seen, more active.

Everytime a resolution was passed, Political expression went from “outlawed” to “some other, less repressive state” in my nation.

I am a failed court jester. I kept making inappropriate jokes and kept getting fired (and occasionally fired at). Fortuantely, there seems to be a cultural taboo against doing away with the not quite right in the head otherwise I may have been killed.
These days, I try to keep a low profile by keeping my thoughts to myself.
