When I attempt to search SD with Google, on Chrome, Edge and Firefox, I get message like;
Is there some setting I should change?
I just tried a google search of the board and had no problems (including clicking on one of the links).
Are you having the problem when you actually do the search or when you click on one of the results that take you to the board?
I’m not sure what to tell you if the actual google search is throwing an error, but if error pops up when you click on a result, I’d probably make sure address starts with boards.straightdope.com and if it does I’d tell the browser to ignore the problem and continue on to the site.
One quick thing, though, I see you’re a guest. You might want to make sure you’re logged in and have an ad blocker running, maybe your browser is picking up a bad ad.
