If being able to search the database is supposed to be one of the prime perks of membership here and fixing it isn’t a top priority, what exactly is an “A-1” priority? And please, no jokes about your clogged plumbing.
The search function on this board has been occasionally wonky for a while now. Not sure how or why, it just is. And sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. That statement has been true for as long as we have had a board, sorry to say; all that’s been different is the degree of the wonkiness.
Since we are soon moving to a new install of the board on a new server this is not going to be a problem that follows us to our new home. So I doubt it will be fixed here, as this server will soon be taken out of service.
