The UCDS* is getting overzealous. We’re already at our lease limit for cats (2), and a very cute kitten (about 4-6 months old, I think) has taken to stopping by for food and couch hangouts. He may be trying to claim us, but we do not have a vacancy at this time. 
Feisty little orange boy, and it’s funny watching him spitting and hissing at Buddy, who’s at least 3x his size. Buddy’s calm enough about it to have not smacked the little guy. Allie keeps giving Buddy looks like “now you know how I felt when YOU moved in”.
