Seattle in October- what to do???

I’m going to be in Seattle for about a week towards the end of October on business. Since I am the junior travel partner on this trip, the rental car isnt exactly at my disposal. I know the Red Hot Chili Peppers have a show there at the KeyArena at the same time so that can give you an idea of what kind of genre of music I like.

I want to have some fun and enjoy the best of what the city has to offer.

Any recommendations???

Go to the Experience Music Project Its a museum and active venue, built by Paul Allen
Drink some coffee  Oh, and Micro brew… don’t forget the oddly named beers that taste like… welll beer

Go to a restaurant called Wild Ginger.

Are there any other cool places to hang out- to see and be seen?

Does anyone know where Bruce Lee is buried in Seattle?

Try out the art museums: SAM and the Frye Art Museum. I found it pretty easy to take the bus there. You have to have coffee at every corner coffee shop, too. Oh, and here’s Bruce Lee.

Geez, that’ll take the entire week, and you’ll still be within two blocks of your hotel.

I’d suggest you skip this particular recommendation.

I’ll throw in the Underground Tour as an alternative, though, as well as the rest of Pioneer Square.

Of course the water front and the Pike place market are good for an afternoon.
For night life Fenix Underground in Pioneer Square is popular.
