I’ll be there, with cupcakes!
I’m a confirmed maybe, if I’m too out of it to fence, but still with it enough to eat cupcakes and coast on the knowledge of others.
I’m on the road today, so I probably won’t get another chance to post. But I plan to get to Seattle in time to go to trivia.
I need to take the next several Tuesdays off, so I’m out tonight and for some weeks thereafter. Best of luck to the Child Army in the interim.

Sorry I bailed on you last night! My evening kind of got away from me.
It was strange evening. I was all alone for a while, sharing a table with Dave and Emily. Came time to sign up, and their third team member hadn’t shown either, so they invited me to join. Then amarinth arrived, and later, inkysplotchy.
At the end of the evening, we managed a third place showing, with a couple of perfect rounds mostly from the knowledge of D&E. Most of that was completely legit, though they felt a little dirty when walking away with a round that Aaron cribbed from some online quiz they’d both taken the day before. I was very happy to have recognized the picture of Mon Mothma in the Star Wars picture round.
So, who’s in this week? I’m planning on it, unless the cold I’m coming down with takes a turn for the worse.
I might make it late like last week. Not quite so late, but it might be right at 8.
I will be there, but I may get too drunk to answer questions. Perhaps, in the next couple of hours, I’ll recover sufficiently from this crappy day that I won’t want a gallon and a half of stout.

Has anyone checked with the Old Pequliar to be sure they aren’t doing something for Cinco de Mayo that could mess up the quiz? I don’t remember any posters, so I’m guessing not.
