Personally, I love google. I am not a Catholic, and in about five minutes I found the text to the Nostra Aetate, signed by Pope Paul VI in 1965, which explicitly says:

Yes, God’s plan of salvation extends to all men. That doesn’t mean all men are saved, that just means they are all part of the plan.
I leave it up to those who would make their claim to defend their position. I don’t have time to read 3500 web pages to find out where they got there info, which I believe to be erroneous.
