Seeking Developer for paid project involving video files

I have a project the involves automating a video process. I have a folder that will contain security video files of a door or stationary object. The need is as follows:

  1. Determine the first frame of motion. Give me the time off video frame.
  2. Determine the distance from the stationary object using a grid for distance.
  3. Determine the point on entry or impact. Giving me a X/Y point of entry
  4. Determine the time of entry.

In looking at some of the video editing forums it looks like there should be freeware to do this, but it is way above my pay grade. This is a paid project. If you can do this, please send me a email. [email address deleted]
