Seeking sample legal document - condo resolution

I am a trustee of a two-unit condo association. The other trustee and I want to revise the amount of our monthly condo fees and I’m trying to find a sample resolution and not having any luck. Would anyone have one or know where I can get one?

I suppose I could just make one up but I’d rather have a sample to look at. Anyone have any ideas? I’ve googled everything I could think of and can’t come up with anything. Thanks.

Hi Slainte - I have looked there and they don’t have what I need. Plus, you have to pay for them. I figure there’s got to be a free one out there somewhere. Thank you though for trying!
