The obvious interpretation is that he wants to fuck her, but not to get her pregnant (and that means that her menses is going to waste every month). Seether doesn’t seem like the sort of band to write incredibly deep, sophisticated lyrics, so I’m gonna go with that.
We can chalk that up to a new euphamism for sex?
