APB - I think the point of those commercials is that, as she says, “It pays to buy in bulk.” The people are shopping in a Sam’s Club-type store, and she is touting Sprint’s 1,000 minutes of long-distance calling per month for $20.
(By the way, do the math. Unless you are on the phone making long-distance phone calls of more than an hour in length every other day, this plan is a rip-off.)
Her initial commercial in the black suit, flipping around on the cables, was clearly “Mission:Impossible” inspired. How that carries over to this latest ad, however, isn’t clear. “The producer likes seeing Sela’s ass in tight leather” makes more sense to me than anything else.
Yes, I think she is quite fine. And that sultry voice – I’d listen attentively to her reading the phone book.
But I agree, she should get out to the beach for some sun a little more often.
