I’m looking to sell my car. I am still making payments on it, however.
How do I do this? The car will sell for more than what I still owe on it, so my goal is to sell it off and use that money to pay the rest of the debt. How do I sell a car when I don’t yet own the title?
Sell the car, get the money, pay off the loan, get the title, transfer title to new owner. But this can be tricky to do. Check out this link, especially the part about selling the car yourself and not through a dealer.
