I have heard this is true for pre-formed patties. But if the steak is grinded just before cooking, I’ve heard it can be cooked medium or even medium rare. Anyone know if this is true?

As long as all your equipment is perfectly clean and you’re cooking it right away, I suppose it could be. In the real world, I wouldn’t trust anyone to present undercooked ground beef to me unless I personally watched it get made.

God, what a shitty fucking meme. I don’t know what it is about steak that makes so many people so absolutely insufferable about people having different preferences, but no other food seems to draw out people’s inner prick more than a well done steak.
