The awesome folks at QMx are releasing a simply stunning replica that they’ve been working on for more than three years - and it really shows. It’ll be available soon and you can find out about it when you join their Twitter account. They post updates there regularly about stuff they’re working on. Now for the open disclosure bit - they currently have a competition running where you can have three opportunities to win an Inara’s Shuttle. These are the same as the one included with the Serenity replica but they only have a few and will not be selling them. If you join their Twitter account before they hit 1500 followers you can be one of the lucky ones to win one of them in a random drawing. A second one will go to the person who impresses QMx the most with their efforts to get them more followers and the third will be awarded to the person who most impresses them with their “What Serenity Means to Me” story/art.

Now…all that said, I don’t need the comp to make me gush about this replica, it really is phenomenal, I saw it up close and personal at comic con when it was was out of the case right after Nathan Fillion (Captain Mal) kissed it!

I heard someone else say that, but way too precious to use for such a purpose, it really is a piece of creative genius - pictures don’t do it justice.

But each one is hand made and takes something like 60 hours to make… there’s so much detail in it it’s astounding… and expensive LOL

We don’t know yet… but the cylon raider they released was about $950 so that’ll give you some idea… it’ll be limited edition - the raider was limited to 500

Wow that’s a lot of space bucks. The attention to detail on them is amazing though.

And for the record, I do not smoke marajuana. I don’t need to.

Yeah, it’s a lot of money, but so worth it if you’re lucky enough to have the $$ Photos really don’t do it justice, the attention to detail is amazing, the three years R&D they put into it really paid off.
