Series on The History of PC's/Internet.

I’m trying to find this show on YOUTUBE but can’t. It was on one of the cable learning channels in 2008, and was divided into like 5-6 shows. Each show was dedicated to telling one part of the history of PC’s/Internet and I found it to be very interesting watching. It was very well produced with an American male host that had alot of acne scars on his face.

I’m trying to find the name of the series, that’s why I gave the detail about the host above. Anyone remember it?

Dean.

Was it Triumph of the Nerds?

If it wasn’t you might want to watch it anyway. Good series.

I know the one you are referring to. I can’t for the life of me recall the title. I seem to recall a segment about a well known technology magazine in the 90’s and how it tracked the boom and bust of the dot come bubble among other things. Grrr, this is going to drive me nuts now.

OK, I’m officially going insane.I’ve scanned the entire documentary section of Amazon looking for this damn thing. Damn you deanc2000!

Found it!!!

Ugh…now I can sleep.

The Internet Show is way older than what you’re talking about, it’s from 1995, but this thread gives me a good excuse to post this fascinating short excerpt from it. It’s well-worth 3:12 of anyone’s time*.
