Doing that will get you words that begin with “sex,” but it will not get you the word “sex” itself.
I think it might depend on the situation and the woman but I have had sex in pools hot tubs and in the ocean and lubrication was never a problem and Ive never gotten any infections from the deal. It’s quite pleasureable and a nice change of pace, no weights just adjust positions and you’ll be fine.
