I always think of this when play this track by the Congolese singer Mbelia Bel. Nice singing voice, to, but the talk parts are aweswome.
There’s a lot more spoken word at the end of the song.

Cathy Moriarty’s voice is sexy, IMO. I love the low pitch and the slight rasp. Kathleen Turner too.
Barry White’s voice has been noted for it’s panty-soaking qualities for decades.
Tom Ellis (Lucifer)
Paz de la Huerta.
The narrator of Miffy and Friends.
Obscure enough for ya?
Yvonne Strahovski when she speaks with her native Australian accent.
Mozhan Marnò, who plays Agent Navabi on The Blacklist. Also did the voices of Mirabelle Ervine and Namira in Skyrim; always have to do those sidequests…

Elizabeth Peña, who provided the voice of Mirage, from The Incredibles.
[/QUOTE]RIP, Elizabeth. So sad to find out she drank herself to death.
As for the OP. Dennis Haysbert. I have to check the spelling carefully because yesterday I called him Dennis Hastert and no one deserves a thing like that.
Fran Drescher
The late Gordon Jackson in any role.
Sam Elliot, without a doubt. His voice is somewhere down around his ankles and has a definite cowboy accent. Check out the Coors and Ram trucks commercials.
My entry as well.

In my country, men and women alike fell in love with James Coburn’s voice in the Carlsberg commercial.
May I ask which country that is, Marci Al?

Do you (general you) think the sexiest voices belong to your fellow countrymen and women or to people from other countries? I can’t , off the top of my head, think of any Americans whose voice I find particularly sexy.
Bandicoot Cumberbum. There is also an audiobook of him reading the memoirs of Casanova.
Angie Harmon (at least in her Law and Order days), had a fabulous speaking voice.
