This bozo recently had a “research” paper he co-authored (purportedly showing vaccinated kids are less healthy) retracted by the lower echelon journal that published it. Today on Twitter he’s protesting the Michigan Board of Education decision to allow local districts to require the wearing of masks.
According to Lyons-Weiler, the BOE can’t allow schools to do this because wearing a mask is a medical procedure and it doesn’t have the authority to allow the practice of medicine by school boards.
Does covering one’s mouth before a cough or sneeze also constitute “a medical procedure”? If the school nurse puts a bandaid on a scrape, is that major surgery requiring board certification?
Look out, another frivolous lawsuit could be on the way.

BERLIN, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Authorities in northern Germany appealed to thousands of people on Tuesday to get another shot of COVID-19 vaccine after a police investigation found that a Red Cross nurse may have injected them with a saline solution.
The nurse is suspected of injecting salt solution into people’s arms instead of genuine doses at a vaccination centre in Friesland - a rural district near the North Sea coast - in the early spring.
“I am totally shocked by this episode,” Sven Ambrosy, a local councillor, said on Facebook as local authorities issued the call to around 8,600 residents who may have been affected.

If I understand the article correctly, those were self-reported Ph.D.s. It occurred to me to wonder how many of those people actually had earned doctorates.
Everyone I know with a doctorate, and I know a lot of them, is vaccinated.
