You’re welcome.

Media Bias/Fact Check says they are.

Bill Kristol, huh?

Quickly getting access to monoclonal antibody therapy when you’re the fully vaccinated, asymptomatic Governor of Texas shows just how anxious and scared @GregAbbott_TX actually is of a virus that he constantly downplays.

Hope Texans take note.

What a scumbag. The article says he’s already gotten a third dose of the vaccine, too, as well as monoclonal antibodies.

And yet he’s anti-mask! He’s gonna let his friggin’ constituents die before they can even vote for him again. What a maroon. He needs one of those MORON t-shirts.

The world has gone crazy.

I think you SHOULD do it! Your vax status will reduce your own odds of getting sick from the driver or the cab’s previous occupants.

One has to wonder just how the cab company expects to enforce the non-vaccinated part of it. “Turn out your wallet. What is that I see? A VACCINATION CARD??? BEGONE, SATAN!!!”.

Self-enforcing, assuming they’re advertising the rule enough. I certainly wouldn’t ride in their taxi, so their customer base is going to be mostly just the non-vaccinated.

At least one person in Mississippi hospitalized after taking ivermectin.

The latest wrinkle in covidiocy:

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/health/medical/anti-vaxx-americans-refusing-blood-transfusions-from-the-vaccinated/ar-AANqpsz

…These fears have presented challenges to blood centers, as many Americans who believe these lies decline blood they need to survive.

‘A lot of people think there’s some kind of microchip or they’re going to be cloned,’ Dr Geeta Paranjape, medical director at Carter BloodCare, told Kaiser Health News.

She said that some parents have become worried about their child receiving needed blood transfusions from vaccinated people…

To complicate things further, blood is not being labeled as to whether the donor is vaxxed or not, so the facility doing the transfusion doesn’t even have a way to know which blood is the one they want.

That should make it easy. “We got no way to know if the donor is vaccinated. So, make your choice. Do you want to die? Blood or not?”

To be sure, that is apparently what they are saying. Oh why must life be so complicated? :smirk:

Someone I know entered a place of business that required a mask, wearing a mask. An angry fellow exiting the business called him a sheep and asked why he was wearing a mask. He replied. “So no one will mistake me for a Republican.”

Gee, do you think that the public-health minded anti-vaxxers are out there donating much blood for these people to even request?

If irony was electric power, the irony of covid deniers calling sane people sheep and then putting their faith in sheep drench (ivermectin) over vaccination would power the entire [del]Covid Belt[/del] Southeast.

If an unvaccinated person received a blood transfusion from a vaccinated person, would the receiver go on to develop antibodies and be considered vaccinated?

From Reddit:

My parents are trying to force hydroxychloroquine on me as preventative once a week. If I don’t I have to move out. They got if from a doctor in another state. I’m already vaccinated but they don’t know it. She says if dad gets COVID he would die. But they won’t get vaccinated or wear masks. I don’t make enough to move out on my own and know one to move in with. Idk what to do. I’m looking for a new job but it taking longer than I thought. Any advice?

I can’t claim I’m an expert on the immune system but from what little I know I would say no. The small amount of antibodies (not the antigen) the transfusion introduces won’t trigger the production of more antibodies.

Here is a Kurzgesagt video on how your body fights a bacterial infection. Skip to 7:20 to get to the part about antibodies.

Hey, that’s my line!

Heard on the teevee last night, so I don’t have a cite, but the guy in charge of the Mississippi poison control hotline said 70% of the calls in the last week were regarding ivermectin.

My best friend was anti-Reagan, anti-Republican, and anti-Fascist in the '80s. Now he’s anti-Antifa, likes Trump, and is spreading anti-vax articles (e.g., VAERS ‘data’ reporting adverse effects and deaths from the COVID vaccine). I’m assuming, then, that he’s unvaccinated.

I hope he doesn’t get COVID. But what are the odds of that happening in Florida?
