A group I belong to has potluck brunches twice a year. Somehow, I always seem to bring something that’s not quite right. I’m a decent cook and have solid contenders in other categories, but brunch stumps me.
Things that have gone over well in the past were of the quiche/strata/breakfast bake variety. Anything that results in small servings works well, because we always have lots of food and everyone wants to try a little bit of everything.
Our holiday brunch is a week from Saturday and I’m starting to worry.
I’ve looked at a few recipes and wasn’t inspired. I’m open to pretty much any type of recipe as long as it doesn’t require hours and hours to put together.
So…you can help me out…right? Please? Pretty please?
