Shark Attack Mitigation Systems (SAMS) - now yous swiminin' wit da fishes

I’m not sure how much the stuff referencing Sharknado and Ghost Shark is tongue-in-cheek, but the wet suits seem to be for real (and I made sure to check that it’s not April 1st).

Sharknado and Ghost Shark have swimmers scared, but new Shark Attack Mitigation Systems (SAMS) are wetsuits designed to deter sharks, ghost or otherwise, from biting you in half. According to science they will prevent or delay an attack, but I don’t see Bill Nye surfing with Jaws just yet. If SAMS is smart, they’ll pay whatever it costs to get product placement in Sharknado 2.
