Are you suggesting she us smuggling a penis? Because she does not appear to be packing. He hands are absolutely enormous but if she was shrunk down to 5" 8" height would you even notice?

Yes, you’d notice. She looks mannish because she has pituitary gigantism (adult version is acromegaly which isn’t associated with such extreme heights). These hormonal issues give everyone a deeper voice, more exaggeratedly masculine features, thicken bone (especially the skull, jaw, and face which spread and bulge) and soft tissue for a bulkier look, increase the size of the feet and hands, and usually come along with painful joint and bone problems as well as heart and circulation issues. People with this condition often die young and painfully. Since she is not too tall and her symptoms are fairly subtle, hopefully she got the treatment she needed in time to avoid many of the health problems.
