No. It is the first time as far as I am aware. I’m guessing it is a consequence of moving the SDMB server to a new hosting provider. There is a front-end and a back-end to the SDMB and the front-end has been transferred already and the back-end is being prepped to be transferred. I’m guessing the two are out of sync and the front end went right up the back end.

If the latter, then no. Never. But if you pay close attention to the sticky at the top of the forum page explaining that there are server upgrades going on, then you’ll know why it happened.
I presume a time difference in the server led to some of our posts being posted about 5 hours ahead of when they actually were and the newer posts are just catching up to them now.

Actually, the UN I don’t say. I wrote probably because it was the only entity that sprang to mind at the moment. There may not exist, today, an appropriate entity for the task. If this is the case it will fall the the US, as the agressors in this situation, to finance the creation of one. It will also fall to the United States to recuse herself from any leadership role in the entity.
Thanks to George Bush the Lesses, the United States has no moral authority to take any directive role in the rebuilding of Iraq. She does have a moral responsibility to make reparations for the destruction we have wrought. A bitter pill indeed.
