The courts have already found your city is acting unconstitutionally by doing so. I am surprised your city has not been sued for charging them.

Don’t know what to say other than they haven’t been back. The city is under no obligation to guard them in advance and I suspect the Klan isn’t keen on waiting for the police to respond to a 911 call.
