It might be a lot of fun to have a candidate who is actually immune from criticism (poll-wise, that is). I can’t think of anyone but Hillary whose support cannot be eroded by it, much less one for whom any personal attacks would actually automatically backfire on the attackers.
Biden is going to hear about plagiarizing that Neil Kinnock speech if he ever tries to run again. Not that I think he will, he’s never made much progress before.
