Actually, just because I am young doesn’t mean I am like that. First of all, I can’t date before college, and even if I could date, I am holding off sex until marriage anyways. So I really wouldn’t date a slut.:rolleyes:

And you know this from first hand experience of course.
There were usually several men in my gender studies courses. The only men we “hated on” where the ones stupid enough to think that it would be a good place to find a date. We did do a lot of hating on a patriarchal culture, but that is not the same thing as hating on men.

My point is, why should I take gender studies? What am I going to learn from this course? Just asking. I actually wasn’t expecting to be talking about gender studies courses, but colander got me into it, so yeah…
You’ll learn about the ways that your sex affects the way you see the world. It’s a bit like a fish taking an Ocean Studies course: until the fish takes it, the fish doesn’t realize that there’s land out there.
