Shows where everyone remembers one episode.

The ABC Movie of the Week in which Karen Black was terrorized by a Zuni doll. Not only can I not remember any other movie from that series, I also can’t even remember the other two stories from that particular movie. People would even bring that segment up in conversation ten years after it aired.

Definitely sounds like something Penny would say.

Titled “Flour Child.” I’d think the signature Frasier episode is “An Affair To Forget” in which Frasier thinks Maris is having an affair with her German fencing instructor (due to a call from Zsa Zsa Gabor), so Niles challenges the man to a duel. “En garde!” “Just what we need, Niles - a fourth language!”

It’s also kind of telling that all the signature Simpsons eps suggested are familiar, when I haven’t watched the show in about 20 years. Doesn’t sound like they’ve been up to much.

Weirdly, no single episode bubbles to the top when I consider TBBT.

The episode where the new station manager thought he and Frasier were a “thing” is another memorable one. The one where Daphne teaches Niles to dance is really good too.

Not “The one with that green dancing girl”? Or else “The one with that truly ugly baby”?

Or the one where the guy is black on the right side.

Or the one where there’s a woman inside Shatner’s body.

Or the one where a lusty Spock fights Kirk on Vulcan.

(“dun-dun-DAN-DAN-DAN-DAN-DAAAAAN-dun-dun-DAN-DAN!”)

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air–Just Say Yo. Carlton pops some pills of Wills thinking they are vitamins, not knowing they are amphetamines. He then proceeds to do an incredible dance at the prom, collapse, and be refused to the hospital. When Will confesses to Uncle Phil what happened, Phil makes him apologize to Carlton and to the whole family.

Nah, I’d go with the one where Carlton buys a gun and shoots a dude.

Yup, came in here to say that one.

Better Living Through Television: “Tell me, O Chef of the Future, can it core a apple?”

I Love Lucy tie: “Vitameatavegamin!”

Or the one where Kirk kisses Uhura. (How come he could kiss that Vietnamese chick and nobody cared? )

Probably won’t mean anything to y’all Americans

Dad’s Army… the rest of you know it.

“Don’t tell him Pike!”

Green Acres, where Oliver wants to paint the house, but the wood won’t take paint. Where the pore key spring was broken in the wood.

The good/quality shows all have memorable episodes

there are so many I have with favorite episodes.

So many for Frasier…the cabin where everyone has dreams including Niles dreaming about the baby and Daphne yelling at him

The Christmas show where Niles helps Daphne with the religious/non religious play where he is Jesus and Frasier is dating a Jewish girl

and of course the flour baby!

I can practically list all the Gilligan episodes, same with Dick Van Dyke. With DVD it was the Danny Thomas episode with the nuts, the episode where Laura opens the mail and the other one is where they go to the cabin and doing the “Candid Camera” ripoff episode
Same with Star Trek TOS

Johnny Quest would be the mechanical giant spider, I always had nightmares

So many with Seinfeld, one of my fav’s is the finale-the Soup nazi episodes!

Friends, I like the proposal one for Monica and Chandler. I loved Phoebe’s wedding. The beach ones where they had to pee on Monica’s leg from the jellyfish sting. The football/Thanksgiving one where Phoebe pulls her shirt up to distract the guys The Christmas candy one with the neighbors

All in the Family

  1. When Archie gets locked and drunk in the cellar and a black guy frees him but Archie thinks is God
2 Any episode when Edith is talking and Archie pretends to kill himself
  2. When the Meathead and Archie are trapped and become drunk and Archie reveals that when he was young the kids called him “shoebootie”
  3. The episode where Gloria and Michael move to California, Archie is very emotional
I watch a lot of tv and more reruns than a lot!

Fair enough, but . . . “WE WERE ON A BREAK!!!”

For the Dick Van Dyke Show, I’d have to go with the one where Danny Thomas is the head of an alien race that breathes water, hoards walnuts, and have eyes in the back of their heads.

Amusingly enough, I stumbled across reruns of Newhart very late the other night, on one of the secondary digital channels that plays old TV shows (I know it wasn’t MeTV, so it was probably either Antenna or Cozi). When I found it, the next-to-last episode of the series was nearly finished, and the finale was up next, so I stayed up to watch it. And, yes, the Fiddler on the Roof bit was very funny.
