Shows where everyone remembers one episode.

Sheldon’s drunken speech has to be in the top five (Here’s Uranus). Just watching Parsons watching that video was priceless.

Two words: Niles ironing.

I figure it’s “The Bizarro Jerry” – because that’s also the “Man Hands” episode, and it’s also the “I don’t even really work here” episode.

Geraldo - Capone’s Vault is Empty

Morton Downy Jr - The Backwards Swastika

Ellen coming out

Family Ties - Tom Hanks as the drunk uncle that punches Alex

GERALDO: The safe from the *Titanic *is empty.

Spam! Spam, spam, spam,SPAM, spam, spam, spam!
Loverly Spaaaaammmmmm! Wonderful Spaaaammmmmm!!!

Baked beans are off!

I think, when it comes to BBT, it’s moments people remember.

Sheldon in the ball pit is the winner for me.

Parsons physical comedy when the gang met with the guy from the government. When that man said “Like the Death Star from Star Trek” I thought Sheldon was going to die from not talking.

Three’s Company:

The one where Mr Roper accidentally overhears Jack, Janet and Chrissy talking and takes the conversation completely out of context.

Wasn’t that was a Ralph Furley episode?

The one where House got the diagnosis right the first time, and the Law & Order/NCIS/Criminal Minds where the first person the team investigated was the murderer/rapist/serial killer and was captured without incident.

^This. I don’t know how you knew that, but it’s the only thing I remember from JQ. I think I remember the giant spider in the promo clips for the show. They figured it’s a striking image and the more frequently it is broadcast the more it sticks in viewers’ minds and the more it sticks in viewers’ minds the more they use it as promo.

Just the other day I recovered a lost memory from that era: Space Angel and the Light Barrier! The imagery of the ion drive and everything turning luminous and fuzzy is one that really stuck with me, and to the extent Space Angel is remembered at all, it seems to have been “The Light Barrier” that made the biggest impression. I had completely forgotten the title of the show and everything about it (I was 5 when I saw it), but just reading the episode title “The Light Barrier” jogged my memory all at once.

Yes! For that music alone. Used in other episodes, but would you remember which ones exactly.

If you like your short run BBC series, I’m sure Blackadder’s end in WWI is more memorable than any cunning plans or subtle barbs. And if you like your lesser known BBC science fiction, everyone knows what happens to Blake and the crew at the very end.

Anyone mention Magnum PI: “Did you see the sunrise?”

I’ve never seen any other Magnum ep, so when “Archer” parodied it I about fell out of my chair.

“Then maybe you should spank me harder.”

Maybe I will!

It’s definitely moments for Python who were bold in their humor, much of which actually failed.

Spam is certainly memorable, but I think the Dead Parrot Sketch is even bigger. And maybe the lumberjack song.

I expected the Spanish Inquisition.

Seinfeld: another vote for the contest
Star Trek original: another vote for Tribbles
Gilligan’s Island: When this was discussed with my friends in college we all agreed on the one with the mutant vegetables that gave people super powers.
Star Trek Next gen: Best of both worlds part 2. Borg Piccard is not easy to forget.

The Big Spider from Johnny Quest is a good one. You can even imagine how the legs come out the top.
