Anyone else had the experience of not being able to use your cellphone at a DMV/tax office? Went in to register a new car in November here in South Florida, and they had a security guard stringently monitoring the waiting-line. Someone came in talking on his cell, and was quickly told that he needed to leave or hang up. He hung up (shooting daggers), but almost immediately re-dialed. He was escorted out of line toot sweet. I’m sure this is a security issue, but it was nice to stand in line with people who were either talking to each other or not talking at all.
