Link. After the cold apparently caused the water main to break and then froze the ice, a good chunk of the town is literally embedded in ice; the pictures of parked cars halfway buried in ice are surreal. It looks like a scene from an Ice Age themed after-the-apocalypse game or movie.
Man, those are cool pics. I’ve actually been to Dudinka in December. It was cold.
