Why not…

1. Open vBulletin admin cpanel
2. Go to Usergroups and click “Usergroup Manager”
3. Select “Guest” usergroup
4. Scroll to “Signature Permissions”
5. Set Allow Link BBCode to “no”
6. Save settings
7. Profit!
