Silly Football Question

I don’t have any good reference books, so I am putting this question out to the masses:

Has there ever been a case in Pro Football where a single player scored a touchdown via rushing, recieveing, and passing in a single game? a single season?

I’m sure it’s been done in a career, but can’t go anywhere to check. Thanks everyone.

David Patten did it last year for New England against Indianapolis.
Patten had a 29 yard TD run, scored on a 91 yard pass from Tom Brady, and threw a 60 yard TD to Troy Brown. And that was just the first half!
He caught another TD pass in the second half.
Walter Payton did the same thing in 1979.

I would imagine that it happened more frequently in ther early years of the NFL before the T-Formation was introduced.
