Me and my family have been happily playing the game. We all made families and everything was going well until I decided to build a custom town. That was last night.
This morning, not only was Michelburg not saved, but all of our families were gone. All that hard work. . .
Anyway. Does anybody know how or why and how to avoid it. Also, where on the EA site can you ask questions? I see where you can look at questions already asked.
