I recently saw Six Feet Under for the first time today. I live in Canada and haven’t really had an opportunity to see it (work happened to overlap with the time it was on The Movie Network). I really love the show and really would love to see it right from the beginning.
My Question is for anyone who might have any inside knowledge of HBO releasing the first (and second?) season on DVD? If that isn’t an option, are they downloadable from anywhere? I feel a bit guilty downloading them as I would love to support the producers so I can enjoy it for years to come…
I’ve tried Kazaa but can’t seem to find a decent source.
It’s not yet available on DVD. I’m sure it will be as the Sopranos and Sex in the City were big hits on DVD.
Look for it around Christmas, that’s just a big guess though. I know the Sopranos season 3 is due in October (right before my B-day)
If you want responses to your threads, it’s not a good idea to mention downloading and file sharing with copyrighted material on the net. The mods here look down up on that. They may close your thread and you won’t get any resonses.
Thanks for the input Oblong. I was hoping that would be the case. Incidentally, I tried to make it clear that I’d rather not use the filesharing method.
I also watch it on TMN, whenever I can. As a result, I’ve seen all the episodes (except the first one, dammit) out of order, but I’ve managed to piece together the storyline.
When/if I see the first season on DVD, I’ll be grabbing it.
