Incidentally, sll the sites that came up on a websearch for skeeler either had a little summary that mentioned inline skating in the websearch results or had a little summary in Dutch in the websearch results (or at least, all the sites in the first 2 pages of results), so I’m going with the assumption that that is the most common usage of the word.
