I bought a jar on a whim when I spotted it at the grocery. Never heard of it before. Pretty much finely chopped cabbage and mustard mixture. I chose the spicy variety but it’s hardly what I would call hot. Eh…not sure I’d buy it again but I’d say it’s utility value would be when you cook a pork chop or hot dog and didn’t want to open a whole jar of sauerkraut, just take your jar of Slawsa out and get pretty much (+mustard) the same effect.

Hmmmm, maybe I can get on Shark Tank with my new cabbage based salsa…
