Slow cooker recipe wanted

I’ve got a couple of pounds of kidney beans (cooked), some chicken thighs and drumsticks, some chicken is uncooked rice, canned diced tomatoes, salsa (like Pace Picante sauce) plenty of spices and herbs, chicken bouillon cubes, and I can get a can of vegetables such as corn.

What can I do with this that involves cooking the rice in the slow cooker? And the chicken, of course.

TIA

I would cook the rice separately (Rice doesn’t really belong in a slow cooker unless Jambalaya is involved; sounds like you’re just reheating it anyway), keep the salsa and chicken in the fridge for now, and mix everything else, with spice according to taste. Add a can of beer if you’ve got one. Slow cook it on low setting for five or six hours, de-bone the chicken and toss it in for two more hours, pour it over the rice and top it with chilled salsa.

Oh, um, don’t use more than two cups of those kidney beans. Save the rest for chili later in the week.

Your list of ingredients is practically the recipe for weight watcher’s chicken taco soup. I linked to one version, but if you google it, you’ll find dozens of variants for inspiration.
