Just got a blender and want to make smoothies. I prefer bananas and strawberries, but what should I use for the binder, whats most inexpensive? Tofu, yogurt?

I tend to start with unsweetened almond milk and a banana.
Just remember that whatever else you put in a smoothie, once you add the banana, it’s a banana smoothie.
Water. Def most inexpensive. It’s what I use, I want fruitshake not milkshake!
