this am (and of course at every news break today) i heard that the sniper had called the hot line numerous times and was either not believed or hung up on.
i gotta admit (imho) if i fielded a call from a person with a disguised voice claiming to be god, the majority of times i would end the call rather quickly.
the other times i may toy with the person a bit. perhaps ask: “how may i direct your call mr. god?” or ask “why use a phone, when visions seem to work just fine.”
good grief, people are saying they hear the voice of god all the time. why would god need a phone?
although the sniper did write “i am god” on the tarot card, so perhaps there should have been some training for the people at the phone bank to take god related calls seriously.
