FTR, most of the Canadian population resides in the 100km No Man’s Land between the two nations. Americans have had the good graces to, mostly, build our cities south of the line. Global Warming has forced Canadians southward, well before the advansing glaciers. They are not all idiots, but simply seeking a new home, where being Canukistani will only be funny for a couple generations, before we pull the hot ones to our bosoms and send the rest to Gitmo.

I really do appreciate the sentiment (is that the right word? bah, words are dumb) behind this. Thank you. I find you to be one of the more thoughtful posters and I always stop to read your posts.
I guess I could give away my terrible terrible secret. The type of humour that I find most funny is hyperbole. And that’s the type I employ because it makes me and my mom laugh. Some times it works and some times it doesn’t, some people like it and some people don’t and those people need to go get some ice cream and kittens.
I tend not to post in threads about serious topics because usually the first thing that my brain thinks of is a dumb joke and I’ve gotten better, than I used to be, about realizing that it’s probably not appropriate as it may hurt someone who’s posted or is just reading along.
My brain and I are still in disagreement on how dumb it is. It gets arrogant sometimes saying, “Well yeah, but we brains gave names to all the things humanity knows of and we are the only things in the universe to name themselves.” and I’m usually like “Calm down Einstein. You’re no Justin Bieber.”

The font in Tapatalk is smaller, greyer, and in italics. I don’t know why that doesn’t happen in computerland.
