The first time she goes in, it’s cringy, as part of the humor is how uncomfortable Conway is. After that, the absurdity of what she’s being called in for takes over, and she just gets in and gets out as soon as possible. Instead of cringe humor, it’s ridiculous humor.
I don’t see that at all. Seems like ridiculousness and exasperation through out.
Anyway it’s pretty funny.
When the election is over she’ll probably say “yeah, that is exactly what it was like.”
I predict that there are going to be some pretty juicy Trump campaign staffer “tell all” books coming out in a few months.

I predict when this is all over she will come away from the Dark Side and write a fabulous tell-all book of oh…say, about 1,500 pages.
I’m going to go out on a limb and assume Trump’s campaign staff had to sign some pretty strict confidentially agreements. Granted Trump’s going to have a hard time enforcing those agreements if he tries to stiff anyone on their paycheck.

Here are the Youtube search results for “kellyanne conway snl.” My educated guess is that the video linked to in the OP didn’t work b/c it was the official SNL/NBC channel and that you won’t have the same problem with the ones posted by ordinary YT’ers.
SNL is relentless in their pursuit of YouTube clips. Obviously, they’re wanting to make sure nobody discovers if the show is worth watching again.

My favorite clip of her was on a webcast show called Celesbians about openly gay women in Hollywood. Adult film legend Nina Hartley shows the audience how to correctly pull hair, demonstrating on co-host Kate McKinnon. At the end of the clip, McKinnon wanders off the set, bumping into things, saying she has to find the bathroom.
